Sometimes Substack recommends random profiles to me, I like to check out what they are reading. Today, I scrolled around to find the following comment:¹

They are brainwashing our parents, turning our siblings gay and pushing for the rape of our offspring. And the regime backs them. I would rather join Russia tbh.

Is Russia a paradise with no homosexuals, no brainwashing, and no rape? Let’s find out.

Homosexuality

The dissident right is a fan of genetics and heredity until it bumps up against their dogmas. Their dogma of homosexuality is that people can be “turned” gay.

It is true that extreme childhood abuse can cause victims to create a sexual attachment to the experience. For example, Milo Yiannopoulos claims that he was abused by a Catholic priest. Here is a sincere question: is it “the regime” that is causing Catholic priests to molest teenagers? Last I checked, actually, child abuse was illegal, according to the “regime,” and the media has played a huge role in exposing the abuses of the Catholic church.

Can we imagine now what would happen in Russia if an Orthodox priest molested a teenager? Would the Russian media cry out in unison, condemning the abuses of the church and calling for reform? Obviously not.

The doctrine of celibacy in Catholicism contributes to the rate of homosexuality. But American protestantism has its own issues with sex abuse. There are plenty of stories of youth group leaders, Sunday school teachers, and pastors who abuse the young people under their case. The secular version under “the regime” is the sexualization of students under teachers, which is regularly reported to the public without any attempt at cover-up.

Regarding Epstein, what is the charge? That rich men purchase underage prostitutes? And is this to say that there is some magical point in the past where that never happened? Or perhaps that Russians never purchase teenage prostitutes?

Russian Sex Crimes

In 1955, Khrushchev investigated an elite brothel which resembled, in many ways, the Epstein story. Whereas Epstein used modeling agencies, the “Gladiator” ring used young female students from theater and dance schools. It got this name from the Russian word “gladit,” which means “stroking.”

It was put together by Konstantin Krovoshein. Given the suffix “shein,” this is likely a Yiddish name, similar to Krivoshein. The elites implicated included George Alexandrov, Minister of Culture; Alexander Yegolin, literary critic and party official; Sergei Kaftanov, ex-Education Minister. Similar to the Epstein case, only one person ever went to jail: Krovoshein.

The Gladiator ring was uncovered mostly for political reasons. Alexandrov was an opponent of Khrushchev. Similarly, the Epstein files were released because Epstein’s operation largely targeted Democrat aligned individuals. On the other hand, Paul Manafort’s sex parties and wife swapping never got the same level of attention.

Why is Manafort buried, and Epstein a household name? One explanation is that pro-Trump Israeli forces are pushing the Epstein story in order to create the exact reaction of the dissident right: “I’d rather fight for Russia.” This level of apathy and antipathy toward one’s own country, in favor of the enemy, is meant to punish the Democrat party, which since 2006 has signaled a clear departure from the Neocon agenda. Obama was the worst president for Israel of all time. Trump was meant to punish the Democrats for the crime of nominating Obama.

In this case, the American perception of widespread “pedophile sex rings” is an Israeli-Trump operation to discredit and punish the Democrat party for its deviation from Zionism. This is not to deny the existence of those sex rings, but merely to explain their publicity.

Western media has accused Russians of raping their prisoners, raping Ukrainians, and throwing Satanic sex parties. All of these accusations, according to Russia, are falsified propaganda. However, the April 11th resignation of Sergei Burtsev, Minister of Youth Policy, is less easy to fake. It is clear that Russia, to this day, is filled with gay sex clubs, and its political leadership still includes closeted homosexuals.

The dissident right position, therefore, seems to be: “I’m ok with gay rape as long as it is discreet; with satanic sex parties as long as they are done outside the public eye; with a gay mafia as long as it is tasteful.”

Russian's are notoriously homophobic. In 2014, 72% of Russians said that homosexuality is morally unacceptable. Yet 44% of Russians also believe drinking alcohol is immoral -- are we really to believe that 44% of Russians abstain from drinking?

According to the Department of Labor, Russian “Laws do not prohibit possession of child pornography or benefiting from its proceeds.” Production, of course, is illegal. This points to an even bigger problem with the “trad Russia” hoax, which is that pornography in Russia (including homosexual pornography) is popular and normalized.

Most pornography in Russia is viewed through the social media website VK. Despite Russia banning Pornhub and other websites, 1% of Russians easily work around the block using proxies.

Reddit is accessible in Russia. Youtube is accessible in Russia.

The defenders of Russian culture are unwilling to learn Russian or to engage in any basic investigation of it. The Russian song “Honey” (2024) has millions of views on Youtube, and ironically celebrates the instagram slut phenomenon.

Perhaps a comedic portrayal of gym thots is not enough to dissuade Russia fans. “That’s trad!” Карусель / Carousel (2024) features gay men wearing earrings, undressing in a lockerroom, wearing speedos. The term “carousel” in Russian is not so distant from the English phrase “cock carousel,” referring to a revolving door of sexual partners. The archetype of a slutty woman surrounded by gay men is reminiscent of Lady Gaga music videos. The black flag the gay boys run around with is symbolic of the black flag of anarchism or piracy.

Russia, supposedly, is at war. Yet the country is pumping out and promoting music videos with black satanic eyes, women and gays in BDSM gear covered in tattoos, and scenes suggestive of bestiality (women crawling around on the floor like animals next to a huge dog, kissing each other). Typically, when countries go to war, they become more conservative. It seems reasonable to assume, then, that once the war is over (if it ever ends!), Russia will become less conservative. What will that look like?

Popular music has been called Satanic since the emergence of Blues Music in 1908. The medium of the music video, however, came much later.

It can be disputed as to whether Russia is currently in the 1953 stage of Marilyn Monroe, the 1982 stage of Queen’s Body Language, or the 1989 stage of Madonna’s Like a Prayer. Like America, Russia is not a culturally homogeneous entity. It contains within it conservative Orthodox elements as well as BDSM LGBTQ elements.

In 1996, Bill Clinton signed the Defense of Marriage Act, banning gay marriage at the federal level. 19 years later, Obergefell v. Hodges legalized gay marriage. Putin took power around 1999 and 24 years later his message on LGBTQ is to stand athwart history, yelling “Stop!” Putin has not introduced any radical reforms or pushed the Russian public beyond its “overton window.”

During the war in Ukraine, Putin allows music videos to be pushed on the Russian youth which feature comically explicit red devils with horns. Russian edginess is so over the top that it seems like a parody. Is this because Putin doesn’t care? Or he doesn’t have the power to stop it? Is there some Russian deep state controlling Putin and forcing him to make kids gay?

Whatever the case, the birthrate of ethnic white Russians stands at 1.4, with recent increases largely coming from Russia’s non-white and immigrant populations. Russians are being replaced in their own country.

Magical Chechens

Pakistani rape gangs have gripped the attention of the dissident right. In 2014 the Jay Report estimated that 1,400 children were raped in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013 by Pakistani men. Most of these children were poor, lower class, coming from divorced households with alcoholic or drug addicted parents. This is not to excuse the crimes committed, but to point out that the victims came from Britain’s white underclass, and middle class and upper class children were unaffected.

What the dissident right fails to appreciate is that the Jay Report was administered by the government in an effort to prosecute the perpetrators. In Russia, by contrast, rapes by migrants and Russia’s “magical Chechens” are systematically covered up by the government and state media censorship.

Since the fall of the Soviet Union, the internal passport system fell apart. Previously, each resident of the Soviet Union was not allowed to travel or vacation outside their city. This largely maintained the ethnic boundaries as they were established after the Second World War. Since the 1990s, Russia has experienced mass internal migration of Muslims and non-Russkiye from the south into its urban centers, such as Volgograd.

In Russia, Islam has been integrated into the state apparatus using an institutional framework known as the Spiritual Association of Muslims, or SAM. SAM Mosques are essentially government sponsored, backed, and controlled. A 2020 report from the Hudson Institute finds that “under [Chechen president] Kadyrov, there are no longer independent mosques in Chechnya.”

Political Islam in Russia is banning the celebration of Christmas in Muslim controlled schools. Mikhail Matveyev, a member of Russia's Communist Party, and a defender of secularism, objected to the imposition of Sharia law by migrants hostile to ethnic Russians. The Putin government forced him to apologize for his comments.

When the same exact thing happens in the west, it is decried as “anarcho-tyranny,” or a Jewish conspiracy, “western degeneracy” by “treasonous elites.” Yet in Russia, when the same exact thing happens, there is not even an attempt at explanation. It is almost as if when a Muslim migrant rapes a white woman, so long as it happens in Russia, it doesn’t count.

Assessing rape statistics is difficult, since each country records and reports rapes according to very different standards.

Some data suggests that some central Asian countries, such as Turkmenistan, might even have a higher level of rape than Pakistan. In 2023, 13,350 Turkmen immigrants flowed into Russia. Given that the Pakistani population of Rotherham was only 8,000, it is not unreasonable to expect that such high levels of immigration are creating new Russian Rotherhams every year. Tajiks, Kyrgyz, Kazakhs, Uzbeks, and Azerbaijanis bring the total number of non-white Muslim immigrants to 341,000. Where is the outcry? Mikhail Matveyev attempted, but was shut down.

What exactly is Russia fighting for? Mass migration, the rape of Russian women, state-sponsorship of Islam, and satanic gay music videos seem to be part of the package, alongside the construction of empty Orthodox churches even as Christianity slides further into decline.

One would think that the war would be a great opportunity to close the borders, but Putin demands more workers:

Despite the Russian invasion of Ukraine, there has not been a decrease of migrant workers from Central Asia to the Russian Federation. In the first quarter of 2023, the Russian Federation received 350,000 Tajik migrants, which was 100,000 more than the first quarter of 2022. Year-over-year, the number of Uzbek nationals migrating to the Russian Federation almost doubled, from 366,000 in the first quarter of 2022 to 630,000 in the same period in 2023.

Since America is 2.3x bigger than Russia, we can multiply all those figures accordingly to compare to America: 800k Tajiks and over 1.4 million Uzbeks — 2.2 million immigrants just from those two countries!

This is still less than the record breaking numbers under Biden, which seem to have reached 9 million. But it is entirely ignorant and hypocritical to back Russia as “nationalist.” Putin is maybe doing things a bit slower than Biden, but both are policies of mass immigration, and both will end with demographic replacement.

The dissident right has created a magical fantasy in Russia. The extent to which this fantasy is “self-made” or whether it is externally imposed by propagandistic bot farms is not public knowledge. How many dissident right influencers, ranging from Jackson Hinkle to Tucker Carlson, are on the payroll of Russia?

It is entirely possible that the dissident right is promoting a skewed narrative of Russia, not due to any bribes, but out of pure resentment and spite. This is the attitude of a teenager who, hating his or her parents, decides to self-harm with drugs, abusive sexual relationships, and “acting out.” From the election of Trump to the support of Putin, the dissident right is animated by a spirit of teenage father-hatred.

This, in itself, is not a defense of mass immigration in America, or satanic music videos in America. It is simply to say that Putinism has not offered any real alternative to these trends, and embraces the same policies in a more authoritarian manner.

Mass immigration and sexual hedonism cannot be overturned by conservative measures, or a return to Christianity. Instead, technological brutalism is the only force, historically, which can smash the Dionysian bureaucracy. Heidegger said that only a god can save us: It is the Mongol on his horse and the Indo-European on his chariot, unleashing the powers of AI, automation, genetic engineering, and bringing to fruition the prophecies of Nietzsche. Civilization will survive, but this current cycle of decay will come to an end, and a new dawn will rise. These technologies can only be developed within the west. Any attempt to destroy the west prematurely, and give the world over to China and Russia, will mean technological stagnation and a delay of the inevitable.
