How do you find the time to gather so much data and write articles like this one?

I think a useful lens to understand the modern world, albeit one that is harder to quantify, is degree of dissociation from the sense of the body. There seems to be a sweet spot where people have access to abstract thinking but are still embodied. This is where the European enlightenment seems to have arisen from. Then you have people who are still in a primate state, strongly in the body but just fighting for status, one on one, constantly. Then you have modern day Westerners, heavily dissociated from the sense of the body and lost in abstractions, riddled with guilt and projecting anger onto any playing field that isn't perceived as level.
