Damn, who knew you had such a hot body!! Pretty close to perfect I'd say. I mean except for the evil cancer. Good on you taking pics, you'll be happy to look at them later and be amazed you were so perfect and yes definitely use it as much as you can for all the good things.
More of a visual person. I skimmed the notes. So no but I miss being young and skinny. I'm 50 now and feeling it. I was one of those 90s skater kids and that was my exercise. That and swimming in rivers, climbing local mountains, never one for team sports. But the pressure of a career and my own inmate laziness (know thyself) got to me and I'm one of those skinny fat software engineers now. I did however make some whip smart California wasians for your little project there. They're annoying but are good kids. Good luck on your journey and your struggles. Get as much speed as you can until middle age because that's when it hits, the competition from behind and the existential crisis hits, the unfinished dreams.
I will now be the pedantic bean counter and say that spending 2 hours per week in the gym is unnecessary. If you do high intensity training a la doug mcguff, drew baye or jay vincent, than you can achieve the same results with less than half ot that time. Its also way safer, more effective and you do not need additional cardio
Ok if you have a home gym and you are doing some esoteric thing fine, but doing zero stretching or warmups is going to get you injured. I'm not talking about "maximizing gains," I'm talking about the mindset.
Due to the slow and controlled cadence, the possibility of an injury is very low. And you could theoretically do this without any equipment at all if you use so called timed static contractions. And reaching momentary muscular failure indeed requires a certain mindset due to the challenging nature of this process
I love how you're mixing athletic physique with raw emotional vulnerability.

Still much less gay than the average Trump-glazing NRx Substacker and less autistic than Clavicular or whatever Peter Thiel psyop is out there.
