This is not an article for plural “digital nomads,” it’s just an article for (1). I am emphasizing the number (1), because my preferences are not everyone (1)s, just mine.
There are four things to consider:

Comfort
Distance
Time
Price
If your parents are alive and own a home, and you love them, and you enjoy living with them, there is no reason to read this article. The only reason to read this article is if your parents are dead, homeless, or you hate them, or you simply dislike living with them. There is nothing wrong with being an individualist and not wanting to be treated like a child your whole life.
