Today is the American holiday of Thanksgiving, in which we celebrate the Anglo nationalist and his peace and fraternity with the Native Americans. In some senses, it is a deeply perverse and misleading holiday, given that America’s most violet wars (per capita) were against Native Americans. But most holy things are embroiled in paradox.
For this occasion, I have invited on Misha Saul of Kvetch to discuss the topic of national sovereignty and native rights more broadly, as pertains to Australia and New Zealand. We also discuss:
Ethnonationalism;
Zionism;
White (Anglo) Nationalism;
The Anglo roots of global culture;
Violence and sovereignty;
Verbal and mathematical ability;
China’s totalitarianism;
The New Zealand Haka;
and more.
